Retratoon.com does not accept refunds for change of mind. However, we offer 1 (one) free revision of the illustration if the customer is not satisfied with their artwork.
Our revision policy lasts 10 days from the day the illustration is sent. If 10 days have passed since we sent your illustration and you have not submitted a formal complaint, we unfortunately cannot offer a change or correction to it.
